Rolling stand for rolling stainless steel wire
We have designed and manufactured the third rolling stand for manufacturers of helical stainless steel reinforcements and micropiles for repairs of statically damaged buildings.
Thanks to the system range of products from our rolling stands, StatiCAL can offer solutions to almost every static problem on the construction site. From increasing the load-bearing capacity of foundations, through securing cracks in the masonry to the installation of thermal insulation on roofs.
Machine description and technical data
It is a duo stand, which is designed for rolling special profiles from round wires in one caliber. The wire is unwound from the unwinder and rewound after passing through the stool. The number of passes is 1-4 depending on the size of the profile. The stand is also equipped with a cooling circuit, measuring the rolling gap, roll width and rolling force and rolling speed control.
